B-52 Straratofortress

The B-52 Stratofortress Paper Airplane is one of the advanced paper airplanes. Two engins on each wing are interesting part of this paper airplane.

Folding Instructions





 Step 1
With the patterned side of the paper face down, crease center line. Fold the top corners inward to the center line. Fold the tip downward.

Step 2
Fold the top corners inward to the center line.

 



 

Step 3
Fold the center corners to the side edges and return to step 1.


Step 4
Fold the top corner down as shown.

 



 

Step 5

Fold A inward along line 1 and make a mountain-fold for B along line 2 while folding C inward along line 3. Fold down the top edge.

Step 6
This diagram shows how to bring the top edges downward.
 

Step 7
With mountain-folds, tuck the loose corners out of sight. Then mountain-fold the paper in half.

 

Step 8

Fold down A, B and C and then fold down the wing. Repeat behind. Adjust the creases until the model has profile shown in the front view diagram.

Step 9

Cut four lines for elevators and bend elevators upward slightly for better flight. This is an origami version type 1 model. If you desire type 2 model, then move to the step 10.

Step 10.

Cut the model along the black lines. Insert the tail fin and tape the fin to the fuselage. Adjust the creases until the model has profile shown in the front view diagram.
